Youth on Track program social outcome evaluation

  • Description
Youth on Track is an early intervention scheme for 10–17 year-olds that identifies and responds to young people at risk of long-term involvement in the criminal justice system. It aims to work collaboratively with other service providers to ensure consistent service provision without duplication of service to reduce criminal behaviours.

The Department of Communities and Justice, Youth Justice NSW also engaged the Cultural and Indigenous Research Centre Australia (CIRCA) to conduct a social outcome evaluation of Youth on Track for outcomes 2-5, completed in April 2017.
